Job summary

Team and Conditions:

• Collaborates with the content creation team, graphic designers, and influencers.
• Reports to the Marketing Strategist or Digital Marketing Manager.
• Full-time role, may involve occasional weekend or after-hours monitoring.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
• Plan and execute social media content calendars.
• Create engaging content that drives traffic, engagement, and leads.
• Monitor SEO and user engagement, suggest content optimization.
• Analyze social media metrics and provide insights to improve performance.
• Collaborate with influencers, media, and partners to increase reach.
• Stay updated with the latest social media best practices, platform updates, and trends.

Required Skills:

• Deep understanding of social media platforms, audience behavior, and content trends.
• Proficiency with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
• Excellent content creation skills (copywriting, basic graphic design/video editing).
• Analytical skills to track and measure campaign success.
• Creative mindset to engage and grow the audience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• Preferred: Experience with influencer campaigns and paid social media advertising.
