Team and Conditions:

• Works with the social media, PR, and brand marketing teams.
• Manages relationships with influencers, agencies, and brand partners.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, engage, and manage relationships with influencers across platforms.
• Develop influencer marketing strategies to align with business objectives.
• Coordinate with influencers to create and execute campaigns.
• Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and timelines with influencers and agents.
• Track, analyze, and report on the performance of influencer campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements (disclosures, contracts, etc.).
• Stay informed about influencer marketing trends, tools, and emerging talent.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of influencer marketing platforms and analytics tools.
• Proven experience in influencer relationship management.
• Ability to negotiate contracts and partnerships.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and people management skills.
• Understanding of social media trends and audience behavior.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, PR, or Communications.
• Preferred: Experience with large-scale influencer campaigns and budget management.
