Job summary

Team and Conditions:

• Works closely with the marketing, sales, and product development teams.
• Reports directly to the Director of Marketing.
• Collaborates with analytics, content creators, and external partners.
• Full-time role, may involve occasional travel to client locations or conferences.

Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities.
• Set goals for campaigns, identify KPIs, and ensure objectives are met.
• Collaborate with the content, social media, and SEO teams to align efforts.
• Measure campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Work with external vendors, agencies, or consultants to execute campaigns.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing).
• Ability to interpret marketing data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Proficient in marketing tools (Google Analytics, CRM systems, etc.).
• Leadership skills to mentor junior team members.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Preferred: MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
